Personal Capital:Personal Capital offers a more sophisticated platform to meet your personal finance needs.  You can easily track monthly income/expenses, manage your investment portfolio, monitor net worth, and clearly visualize all of your current financial accounts. I covered my favorite aspects of this application here.

Mint: Mint offers a very simple platform to track your budgets, credit score, and designate financial goals.  It gives notifications and reminders when you are exceeding budgets or have unusually high spending in certain areas. Mint allows you to sync all of your financial accounts for categorization and tracking of transactions.

LOW COST INVESTING

Vanguard: Vanguard is a reputable and low cost firm that offers numerous funds with various asset blends.  Vanguard is recognized for having expense ratios significantly lower than the industry average  which means more money in your pocket.

CASH BACK ON YOUR PURCHASES

EBATES: EBATES gives cash back on MANY purchases you make on a daily basis.  From Amazon, Macy’s, Forever 21, to Nike and Ulta, EBATES will give you discounts and cash back on purchases you already are making.  You can also download a browser extension so EBATES can work behind the scenes while you make your purchases.
